Company Profile

Vastly Group was established in 1991 in Hong Kong. In the past 30 years, we devote ourselves to supplying top-notch materials for the foundry industry and the research and development of intelligent casting systems through technological innovation. Vastly’s business encompass one-stop solutions in automatic foundry systems and supply of casting materials, through our research and development, production and sales arms.

Casting materials:

-Core wire, inoculant, spheroidizing agent, carburizing agent, silicon carbide, Ishikawalite and Sorelmetal pig iron.

Automation casting equipment:

-Cored wire treatment station, Automatic molten iron transfer, automatic pouring, in-stream inoculation and production control visualization systems.

Vastly has set up production bases in Hong Kong, Jiangsu, Guangzhou, Tianjin and Foshan, with a registered capital of HK$6 million. Our plants in combination cover a total area of 35,000 sq. ft.. 25% of Vastly’s staff supports our R&D, and the company has achieved the ISO9001 certification.

In 2014, Vastly became the first company in China to introduce advanced automatic molten iron transfer system and cored wire treatment station from Europe. We accomplished 2 successful projects in Jining, Shandong Province and Jiashan, Zhejiang Province.

Vastly Group has set up a R&D and production factory in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province in cooperation with Progelta from Italy. The cooperation gave birth to Vastly (Wuxi) Foundry Automation Co., Ltd., our subsidiary dedicated to automating the casting industry. By 2023, Vastly completed more than 50 iron transfer lines, and provided iron transfer equipment, installation and after-sale services for customers such as Gree, China Metal International Holdings (CMI), Suzhou Ishikawa Iron Manufacturing Company, Donper, Dongfeng Honda Automobile, Chengdu Xiling Power Machine Parts, Guangxi Yuchai Machinery, Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (XCMG), Guangdong Yangshan United Precision Manufacturing, and many more first-tier manufacturers.

While Vastly actively promotes the iron transfer solutions, we are committed to localizing the production of our systems and has now achieved a localization rate of 70%. We heavily invest in R&D and the product development of our top-notch systems through dedicating substantial manpower and material resources.
