Product characteristics

How to use

1. Spread Ishikawalite on the surface of molten metal with a spoon or shovel. As the slag remover spreads out, it forms a layer on the surface of the molten metal rapidly and bonds with slag and dirt.

2. Depending on the chemical composition of molten metal, the size of the ladle, the capacity of the melting furnace and the purpose of use, the amount of Ishikawalite used varies. In normal circumstances, we recommend a usage of 0.3-0.6 litres of Ishikawalite per 1 tonne of molten metal.

3. It does not need to be spread in large quantities like straw ash or other dross removal materials.

*When the product is applied, sudden bursts may occur. Please pay attention to keep a sufficient distance and use protective equipment to avoid injuries.
