Vastly wire treatment stations add the cored wire (spheroidizing and inoculation wires), through automatic collection of the corresponding parameters, automatic calculation of the amount of wire to be fed, and automatic addition of the wire at the appropriate speed (or set speed) to the molten iron ladle in a continuous manner. The system also calculates the appropriate location of chemical reaction automatically, so that it can achieve the purpose of desulphurisation, spheroidisation, inoculation, and adjustment of the chemical composition.
