Characteristics

※Strongly increases the graphitized core and refine the graphite; enhance the formation of grey cast iron to achieve A-type graphite. Graphite in ductile iron forms a circular shape, thus improving the level of spheroidisation. ※Significantly reduce the occurrence of chills, and reduce the relative hardness, thus allowing for easier cutting.

※Strong anti-degradation properties prevent decline in inoculation and spheroidisation

※Low sensitivity to wall thickness and uniform structure.

※Stable chemical composition and minimal deviation in quality.

※Low melting point, easy to dissolve and absorb during inoculation treatment; produces very little slagging.

使用方法

与一般硅铁基系列孕育剂无异，厂家可按原方法使用。如：冲入法、倒包法、随流孕育皆可。

粒度规格

粒度标准：0.2 - 0.7mm，1 - 3mm，2 - 6mm，3 - 8mm，8 - 15mm等
