High-precision in-stream inoculation feeder

The in-stream inoculation feeder is produced by DAI, a subsidiary of Progelta. The feeder is one of the most popular products in Europe. It can ensure that the accurate amount of inoculant will flow into the mold cavity along with the molten iron, so that each mould casting can get a better inoculation effect.

This system consists of a monitoring system that monitors the state of molten iron flow, and an inoculant feeder managed with precision by computer. Users can select the best feeding speed configuration according to the production process, allowing for optimization and adjustments to different composition, particle size and density of the inoculant. The feeding speed can be set to a specific grams/second. Due to its excellent thermal insulation, it can be installed very close to the casting system.

Technical features
